Rare Avian Visitor

I was driving home from a doctor's appointment yesterday and I was treated to a rare local sight.

 The last time I saw a snowy owl in the area was over 30 years. I really wish I'd had a camera, the above image is from Wikipedia.  A week earlier I was treated to a visit from a Rough Shouldered Hawk.  Again the image is from Wikipedia because there isn't enough zoom on my phone's camera.
