I'd say nice things about you, but you are often cynical of compliments and take them poorly so I usually settle for cynical and pointed observations as they seem more within your comfort zone....
The PEO has to review my experience and my reference have to fill out and return a questionnaire that the PEO sends out. My boss received his this morning.
